Here is the list of tasks, we have to do: · Select the right Stock-Firmware and download before you start the other stuff o Get the model number [ Settings -> About phone -> Model Number ] in my case it was SM-A720F o Note Down your baseband version [ Settings -> about phone -> Software Information -> Baseband version] in my case A720FXX U9 CTE1 Check the highlighted number U9 , while downloading this needs to be matched against Indian stock firmware else you will get error similar to below because binary did not match : “sw rev check fail device 9 binary 7 error” o Go to Sammobile and put model name, country etc and it will show you list of firmware name for your model : https://www.sammobile.com/samsung/galaxy-a7-
